Calling all Excel Guru’s and Wizards…
What we’re looking for
An advanced Excel user to support us with a bespoke piece of work. This support can be provided virtually, onsite, at our manufacturing facility in Poole, or a mixture of both.
The essential and key feature of this role is the ability to understand and maintain the current spread sheets which control our Production, material, labour and capacity planning, and performance monitors.
You will need to be familiar with concepts such as VLookups, advanced conditional formatting, pivot tables and reporting, macros’s and data simulations. This piece of work will support our Manufacturing Team by providing them with data for decision making in relation to stock control and materials ordering etc. Full training and an overview of our systems and processes will be provided.
You will be required to assist users by maintaining spreadsheets and providing technical Excel assistance as needed. As such we anticipate that the support required will vary from week to week and therefore the hours will need to be flexible.
Pay £14 per hour, negotiable.
You will need
- Knowledge and experience of construction and use of complex, formulated excel control systems
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
- High level of attention to detail.
