We have recently conducted a survey of our suppliers on the use of the SVHC’s and concluded that they and hence we were REACH compliant at that time with none of the substances being used.
From the results obtained, and to the best of our knowledge we are not supplying any of our customers with any products which contain in excess of the 0.1% by weight of the potential substances of very high concern listed under Article 57 of (EC) regulation1907/2006.
None of our suppliers has informed us of the inclusion in their product of any new substances added to the candidate list since our survey.
If we are made aware by our suppliers that there are additions to the list that will affect their product, we will take appropriate action to ensure that we remain REACH compliant.
