Following the acquisition by Lagercrantz in December last year, a strategic restructuring has been implemented to align with our ambitious goals for the future.

Shane Murphy: From Apprentice to Managing Director

At the heart of this new era is Shane Murphy, who assumes the role of Managing Director. Shane’s journey with DP Seals started at the age of 17 when he joined our apprenticeship programme. Over the years, he has worked diligently across all departments, acquiring a deep understanding of our operations. His progression from an eager apprentice to leader showcases his dedication and deep-rooted knowledge of our industry. As Managing Director, Shane is poised to steer DP Seals towards innovative horizons with a commitment to quality and excellence.

Andrew Piper: Taking the Helm as CEO

We are equally thrilled that Andrew Piper is transitioning to become our Chief Executive Officer.  Andrew now looks forward to focusing more on what he loves most – engaging with our customers and spearheading design innovations. His new role as CEO will allow him the freedom to drive customer engagement ensuring that DP Seals remains at the forefront of the industry.

A Team Like No Other

Supporting Shane and Andrew are Giles Strong and Russell Willis, taking up critical roles in Technical Sales and Toolroom design and production, respectively. Giles will continue to handle Technical Sales, bringing his sharp acumen to meet client needs effectively, while Russell will lead our impressive tool design and manufacturing team, focusing on enhancing our production capabilities.

Each member of our new leadership team brings a unique set of skills and experiences that are invaluable to the growth and success of DP Seals.
